Responsibility

The proposed products are in accordance with the French legislation current.

Phyto-Kiné-24 would not know how to be considered as person in charge of the non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in case of shortage of stock or unavailability of the product, the force majeure, the disturbance or the all-out or partial strike in particular postal services and means of transportation and\or communications. Phyto-Kiné-24 will incur no responsibility for any consequential damage because of the present, the operating loss, the loss of profit, the loss of chance or costs.

Phyto-Kiné-24 reminds that in the application of the article 1124 of the Civil code, the not emancipated minors are incapable to contract. Consequently, the orders intended for the minors must be crossed by the parental authority. In case of accidental collection of name specific data relative to a minor, the parental authority has capacity to oppose to their preservation and\or to the transmission in thirds.

The order and the validation of the demand

When you order, you declare to accept this one as well as the completeness of the present general conditions of sale completely and without reserve. Your order is then handled so that you can receive your parcel.

We however reserve the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there would be a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

The offers, the products and the price lists

All the offers of products proposed on the Site are limited in Metropolitan France, French overseas departments and territories, Reunion, Guyanne, Corsica and in Monaco. The promotional offers are valid only in the double limit of the duration of validity of the concerned offer and the available stocks.

The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euro inclusive of all taxes except contribution to costs of sending or provision (see Delivery), and may of variation in the course of the year, being understood that the ordered products are charged to the prices current during the recording of the order.

Products remain the whole property of Phyto-Kiné-24 until the complete collection of the price by Phyto-Kiné-24.

Availability of products

Our offers of products proposed on the Site are valid only in limit of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after signing of your order, we make a commitment to inform you about it in 8 days and to indicate you the period of wait for reception of this product. If you wish it, you can ask for the cancellation (refund by check within 15 days) or the exchange of your order by phoning us in: 02 41 64 70 19 or by faxing in 09 70 61 02 00.

Payment

The payment of your purchases on the Site takes place exclusively in Euro and can be made by check and by bank card.

The payment by check: your check must be sent to the order of Phyto-Kiné Discount, and joined to your order by taking into account postal charges.

The payment by bank card: note simply the number of your bank card, its validity and sign.

Delivery

Our sales and prices get from Saint-Macaire en Mauges - 49450 - France.

These professional products are deliveredaccording to the address of your choice such as indicated during the process of order. It is up to you to supply to us exactly all the precision necessary for the good routing of your order.

You will be delivered for an average period from 48 to 72 h, working days, as from the reception of your order form and your payment by Phyto-Kiné-24. The contribution to costs of sending and preparation is 10 Euro TTC for a order lower than 250 €, than our discount price list. The port is free above 250 € of command.

The refund

If your product does not correspond to your expectation, have no anxiety. Return it to us simply in the original packing, in perfect state, in 10 days of the reception by your care to Phyto-Kiné-24. We make a commitment to exchange it to you or if you wish it, to pay off  it to you by check in 15 days of its reception by our care according to the following modalities: the expenses of forwarding at your expense.

The parcel returned without having been opened or usual, we pay off to you the prize of the product. The freight costs staying at your expense.

Applicable texts - Jurisdiction

The present contract is subjected to the French law. The language of the present contract is the French language. In case of dispute the French courts will be only competent.

Modification of the general conditions of sale

Considering the possible evolutions of Phyto-Kiné-24, Phyto-Kiné-24 saves himself the possibility of adapting or of modifying at any time the present general conditions of sale.
